Your family workspace

TheStudyMate is a private family workspace. Data you enter — homework, exams, fees, tuition notes, documents, and routines — is stored for your family account and is not published to a public school feed.

Child-related information

Parents control child profiles and what children can access in child mode. School-related information is entered by your family, not pulled automatically from schools unless you choose to add it.

Documents

Files you upload (circulars, receipts, syllabus PDFs) are stored in your family document library. Keep sensitive documents secure by using a strong account password and limiting family invites.

Account and subscription data

Account credentials are managed through our authentication provider. Subscription and payment processing may be handled by Razorpay; we store plan status needed to provide access to paid features.

Data deletion

To request deletion of your family workspace data, email support@thestudymate.com. We will process verified requests in line with applicable law.
